Sales by "direct offers" take place by sending an e-mail system: The best offer received wins the doll .
Email is sent - only - from the site www.polkadollsfabrics.com
Any mail sent by any means other than the purchase request form “ I want to send an offer! ” Will not be processed and accepted.
No emails on Instagram, Facebook or Gmail please.
The sales system by "direct offers" remains exceptional for certain sales of dolls (in particular those from my personal collection). Other dolls will be offered throughout the year via the "Boutique" area of the website www.polkadollsfabrics.com at a fixed price (not in direct offers).

The next dolls that will be offered for sale as "direct offers" will be announced on social networks and on the site www.polkadollsfabrics.com (" Blog " section).
The day and time of the start of the sale will be specified in stories (For Instagram) and on the post (For the blog ).

The advertisements of the dolls will be available for consultation before the start of sales on the site www.polkadollsfabrics.com in order to allow you to define your choice if one of them possibly interests you.
You are reminded of the day and time of the sale on the header of the ad and in the ad ("availability section).
Please wait for the doll's passage time before sending me your offer.
Any mail received before and, or after the time at which the sales end will not be accepted!
If you are interested in the doll, click on the “ I want to send an offer! ” Button which takes you to a purchase request form, and send your offer FROM the time the sale begins.

Fill in the fields.
The fields are obligatory . If they are not all filled, it is not possible to send your request.
- Name of the doll you are interested in
Only one doll will be offered for sale at a time, so you will find in the list only one doll name: that of the doll currently on sale.
- Amount of the offer
If the offer received is the best among all those received, you win the doll! The price to pay will be the price you offered in your offer (shipping costs and paypal costs are to be added to the total)
- Nickname or first name for editing the invoice
- Email address
You will be contacted via this e-mail address provided if your offer received is the best!
Any mail received before and, or after the time at which the sales end will not be accepted!

Each participant is allowed to send only one offer (per doll)!
It is therefore not necessary to wait until the end of the sale to send me your offer .
Each participant can participate in as many sales as they wish.
The participant can send a first e-mail at 6.30 p.m. to try to acquire Koneikö and also participate in the following sale for example for Betty, and / or Sheikö and / or Léodïne.
Each sale lasts 10 minutes from the time at which the start of the sale is announced (the time will be mentioned on the announcement)
During these 10 minutes interested participants can send me their offer.
Ex: Koneikö will be on sale from 6.30 p.m. to 6.40 p.m.
The photos of the dolls will be available for consultation before the start of sales on the site www.polkadollsfabrics.com

Each participant is free to send an offer equal to or greater than the starting price requested.
Offers with cents are not accepted ; in the event of forgetting on the part of the bidder, they will be rounded up to the next higher euro.
The offers are said to be " silent ".
The offers received as well as the amount of the current best offer will not be known to the public.

Unless excepted at the request of the purchaser, the price at which the doll was sold will not be displayed on the site www.polkadollsfabrics.com.

Wait! And check your email (and spam) from the end of the sale.
If the offer received is the best of all the offers received, you will receive within a few minutes after the end of the sale time, a message “Congratulations!” With the total amount payable.
Payment is to be made as soon as possible. No reservation possible.
The price to pay will be the price you offered when sending your offer (shipping costs and paypal costs are to be added to the total)
The implementation of a payment in several installments will be proposed directly on the invoice ( exceptionally up to 4x, 5x)
The amount to be paid will be the first deposit of 200 euros (non-refundable).
The rest of the payment is to be cleared within five months maximum after the first payment and includes the rest of the price to pay of the doll, the shipping costs and the Paypal costs.
At the end of the 10 minutes during which participants are invited to send an offer in order to acquire the doll for sale, the advertisement will be deactivated on the website until all the dolls have been placed. sale. The ad will be visible again on the site once the doll has been paid for in the "Gallery" section of the website.
The other participants will receive an email to notify them of the unavailability of the doll. ( Subject to possibility depending on the number of emails received )

If two or more people have made EXACTLY the same offer; the persons concerned will then be contacted by private message (to the e-mail address provided when sending their offer) in order to continue the sale.
Participants will then be invited to submit a new offer.
The best offer received from participants wins the sale, the doll.
