DELIVERY

Shipments are made from France.

No package can be sent to a country other than those specified in the list. As soon as the situation allows it again, shipments to other EU countries and internationally will be insured again.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the buyer during his Paypal payment.

​​

In the event of a change of address, please send any changes to me immediately at the following e-mail address: contact.polkadollsfabrics@gmail.com followed by your first and last name.

Shipments are made according to the opening days of the post office within an indicative period of 3 to 14 days from the total payment of the order.

These deadlines do not take into account the possible changes in the opening or closing hours of the post office during the health crisis linked to Covid-19.

Shipments are made only on Wednesday morning and Friday morning.

​​

Packages are sent by registered COLISSIMO against signature on receipt.

​

If you are not present when the parcel is delivered, the postman will leave you a passing note in your letterbox, inviting you to choose a new delivery date to the same address or to select the post office or the pick-up point of your choice.

If you are not there the second time the postman passes through or if you have chosen to collect your item from the post office, this item (letter or parcel) will be kept for 15 days from the date of the first postman visit. Remember to bring your notice of passage or proceeding, as well as an identity document. Beyond this period, it will be returned to the sender.

Any other type of sending is refused.

I do not ship with Chronopost, DHL, DPD or other, even at the buyer's request.
