IMPORTANT

There is a darker area on the top of the head.
This is due to the use of a new pastel that reacted to the varnish by turning slightly "greyish" after application. It’s a rare occurrence, but some shades can shift slightly when exposed to the humidity of the sealant. I made the mistake of not testing it on the back of the head first, as I usually do U n U
I thought I could tone it down with freckles (one of the final steps in my face-ups), but unfortunately, that didn’t work!
It’s not wig staining, even if it might look a bit like it. Depending on the light and the wig used, the area may be less noticeable, but it’s still there. (It actually looks lighter in photos/videos than it does in real life.)

There’s also a slight surface dent (very shallow) near the sculpt of the left eye.
This was almost invisible before applying the gloss varnish ; just a subtle tone difference. But once sealed, the varnish brought out the contrast and made the unevenness more noticeable. Of course, I only noticed it once the face-up was fully finished (classic!).
I had added a freckle to help blend the two tones together, and it looked almost perfect… until the varnish made the area more vibrant. That freckle, which wasn’t an issue before, now slightly draws the eye to that exact spot.
This is just a small surface sanding imperfection. The sculpt isn’t damaged and the area isn’t fragile — it’s purely cosmetic.

All of these small flaws are reflected in the price.
Rather than redoing her immediately, I’ve decided to offer her for sale as she is. If she doesn’t find a home, I’ll either keep her or give her a full makeover (probably with open eyes next time!).

I prefer to be upfront about these details, so if you’re looking for a doll without these kinds of tiny imperfections, I recommend waiting for a future one instead 💕
